Challenge
The firm was drowning in data room documents. Analysts spent weeks on each engagement pulling out key terms, contracts, and risks. They needed a system that could ingest hundreds of documents per matter, answer natural-language questions, and surface inconsistencies without replacing analyst judgment.
Solution
We built a RAG-based platform that ingests PDFs and spreadsheets, chunks and indexes them, and answers questions against the corpus with cited sources. We tuned retrieval and prompts for domain terminology and the firm’s own playbooks. Analysts now get a first-pass summary and evidence in minutes; they still own the final call.
